Witness’ signatures dispensed in electronic labour contracts

Law No. 14,620/2023 regarding electronic signatures in extra-judicial enforceable titles constituted or attested by electronic means was recently enacted and amended the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code (CPC), allowing any kind of electronic signature in titles constituted or attested electronically, waiving the signature of witnesses when a signature provider verifies the signature’s integrity.
