We are pleased to share the tenth Annual Global Report by the International Bar Association Global Employment Institute (IBA GEI).

The publication highlights general international trends in human resources law, covering key workplace issues such as termination of employment; corruption and whistleblowing; alternative workforce; flexible working; stress and mental health; data protection, privacy and human rights; discrimination; diversity; technology and artificial intelligence; unions, collective bargaining and industrial action; gender pay gap; and immigration and talent.

Besides, the report includes an independent section covering the impact of the #Covid19 pandemic on workplaces worldwide.

The publication is based on responses from lawyers in 55 countries, including Brazil, which counted on the contribution of CGM’s labor partners Patricia Barboza and Maury Lobo.
