Salary transparency report: deadline for sending supplementary information extended

The Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) extended to March 8th, 2024 the deadline for companies with 100 or more employees to provide additional information on the salary transparency report on the Emprega Brasil Portal (https://servicos.mte. gov.br/employer/#/).

The salary transparency report is expected to be issued by the MTE in March this year, and will be composed of companies’ data extracted from eSocial system and the additional information that must be provided on the Emprega Brasil Portal, which refers to the following topics:

a) existence or non-existence of career and job/salary detailed plans;

b) compensation criteria for access and progression or advancement of employees’ careers;

c) the existence of incentive plans to hire women;

d) identification of criteria adopted by the employer for promotion to positions of leadership, management and director positions; and

e) the existence of initiatives or programs by the employer supporting the sharing of family obligations.
