The National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) has just approved the Regulation for application of sanctions, including the methodology for calculation of administrative fines.
With the approval of the Regulation, ANPD is fully equipped to start applying administrative sanctions based on the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
